Being able to balance work and life is a challenging venture as a full-time employee—and it’s a more difficult dance when you’re an intern balancing projects and work along with classes and homework… not to mention life outside of work or school.
We hope to make things a bit easier for you by offering a flexible schedule, along with our wellness and Community Builders programs. We promote living a healthy life in mind, body, and spirit through our wellness program, and we encourage volunteerism, serving on boards, and joining professional and civic organizations through our Community Builders program.
We work hard at Olsson, but we take time to play, too. We often have company-sponsored event to look forward to—a Royals game in Kansas City; a Rockies game in Denver; a friendly softball, volleyball, bowling, kickball, or dodge ball competition; a Friday afternoon barbecue in the parking lot; or indoor golf tournaments.
